This is my tenth year at the helm of Digital Noir. We have grown from humble beginnings into a dynamic team of passionate, creative, and caring humans who love solving problems in the digital world. I have been heading up our sales for the best part of those ten years, and we have shared the role of marketing internally between various team members. One thing I continually notice amongst small businesses here in South Australia is a lack of investment in their own marketing! We are bad at telling our own stories and putting ourselves out into the world! This is a shame because many organisations get stuck at a certain point of their growth and struggle to break out to the next level.
We may be a small team, but we have a big vision. To transform the way digital experiences are designed and delivered and help empower our clients to radically improve their lives. This is something I have become increasingly focused on internally. As we continue to solve problems and design solutions for our fantastic partners, how can we better connect with other teams that need our help? cmd

We are so excited to have Tam joining our team to spearhead the next phase of Digital Noir’s growth.. She brings to the table a wealth of experience in strategic sales & marketing with a focus on the tech industry. The thing that jumped out at me initially was her completion of Seth Godin’s ALT MBA and a real passion for people and creating more human-driven workplaces.

Born and educated in South Africa I moved to England in my early twenties for a working holiday (as you do)…I ended up staying for over 15 years. I now find myself in the beautiful city of Adelaide enjoying all the fine things that this wonderful state has to offer.
I have spent 15+ years in B2B Marketing and Sales Leadership roles and have always loved the fact that my job has allowed me to be completely focused on customer outcomes.
Working for forward-thinking customer obsessed organisations is a non-negotiable for me and I could not be more ecstatic about the opportunity that awaits me at Digital Noir. I am very excited to be joining this incredibly talented team and I look forward to contributing to their success story and the adventure that lies ahead.
